Phase 1: In-Depth Analysis

Phase 2: Current State Report & Executive Alignment

Following the analysis, we prepare a detailed Procurement Analysis Report outlining findings, insights, and identified gaps.

 

This report is shared with key stakeholders through interactive workshops or executive presentations.

 

Together, we align on priority areas for improvement and build a shared understanding of the current procurement maturity level. This mutual agreement forms the foundation for strategy development and change management initiatives moving forward.

Phase 3: Strategy Development & Initiative Design

Using insights and stakeholder input, we collaboratively develop procurement strategies at both organizational and category levels.

 

This includes:

  • Category strategy design

  • Supplier strategy alignment

  • Risk mitigation planning

  • Procurement transition roadmap

Based on the approved strategy, we define concrete initiatives such as:

  • Cost reduction or avoidance

  • Process automation

  • Supplier consolidation

  • Contract standardization

  • Capability development for procurement teams

Each initiative includes KPIs, timelines, responsibilities, and review checkpoints to ensure alignment and measurable progress.

Phase 4: Implementation & Measuring Results

We provide hands-on support in the implementation of agreed initiatives and continuously track progress. Results are measured in terms of:

  • Financial impact (e.g., savings realized vs. planned)

  • Strategy execution progress

Dashboards, reports, and review workshops are used to ensure transparency and support continuous improvement.
