Huseyin Dincer

Huseyin Dincer is a seasoned procurement consultant and supply chain strategist with over 20 years of experience in leading multinational corporations and large-scale organizations. He currently serves as a Procurement Consultant at HHC Innovation PTE. LTD, a Singapore-based consultancy firm, where he helps organizations optimize procurement strategies, streamline operations, and align procurement functions with overall business goals.

Dincer brings deep expertise in designing and transforming procurement departments—from strategy development to organizational structure, supplier management, and risk mitigation. He conducts comprehensive operational audits, spend analyses, and process evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gaps. His holistic approach ensures that procurement is not just a supporting function but a strategic driver of value and growth

In addition to his executive roles, Dincer has provided strategic consulting to a variety of sectors including telecommunications, automotive, construction, education, and financial services. His expertise covers both direct and indirect procurement categories such as IT, marketing, facilities, logistics, and professional services. His ability to bridge operational detail with high-level strategy has made him a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, and procurement leadership teams. Dincer is also a dedicated trainer and has delivered procurement education to professionals through workshops and executive programs. His training areas include strategic sourcing, spend analysis, risk management, category planning, and supplier development.

Procurement Consultant & Project Manager

Cetin Kilic

Çetin Kılıç is a procurement consultant and project manager with extensive experience in procurement transformation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as a consultant at HHC Innovation PTE LTD, he specializes in advising global organizations on procurement processes and project execution, particularly in EU-funded initiatives.

Over the years, he has contributed to various sectors including telecommunications, education, and public infrastructure, working on procurement optimization, contract management, and supplier negotiations. He has also played key roles in cost reduction strategies and spend analysis, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

In addition to his consultancy work, Çetin has held leadership roles in companies such as Turkcell, Superonline, and Doğa Schools. His responsibilities have included overseeing multi-million-dollar procurement budgets, managing large supplier networks, and implementing efficient procurement and logistics frameworks.

He has also contributed to the academic and NGO sectors through project management consultancy and entrepreneurial training, particularly within EU-supported projects focused on youth and social inclusion.

Çetin Kılıç brings together operational expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on experience in both the private and public sectors, making him a versatile and results-driven professional in the field of procurement and supply chain management.

Head of Education & Instructor

Burcu Ertürk, PhD

Burcu Ertürk is an academic and consultant specializing in digitalization, creativity, leadership, learning and communication-focused instructional design. She has been serving as a full-time instructor at Boğaziçi University, where she teaches at the Management Department. She worked as a postdoctoral researcher at TBS Education in Toulouse, France, focusing on the integration of arts into digital leadership development programs in the post-pandemic era. She is also an invited lecturer at multiple French business schools.

Throughout her career, Dr. Ertürk has contributed to executive and lifelong learning programs at institutions such as Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center (BÜYEM), Bahçeşehir University, and İkinci Bahar Akademi. Her teaching focuses on arts-based learning, creative communication, leadership development, and immersive educational experiences. In parallel with her academic journey, she is also a seasoned performing artist with professional experience in theater, storytelling, and voice-over work.

Her interdisciplinary and practice-based research has been recognized with several awards. She is a recipient of the TÜBİTAK 2219 International Postdoctoral Research Fellowship (2023) and the Boğaziçi University Doctoral Thesis Award (2021). Her PhD dissertation was titled: “Program Development for Leaders in the Post-Truth Era: Arts-Based Creative (ABC) Leadership Communication Program.”
